Paid plans use Apple App Store subscriptions. Manage cancellation, renewal, and refund requests through Apple purchase support.

For account deletion, data deletion, privacy questions, or legal requests, email Sundown directly.

Please send private vulnerability details by email instead of posting them publicly.

Before you email

For capture or sync issues, include whether you used iPhone, Apple Watch, lock screen, or a reminder.

Do not email voice recordings or transcript text unless support asks for a specific example and you are comfortable sharing it.

Public bug reports

GitHub issues are useful for public site bugs or non-sensitive app reports. Use email for account, billing, privacy, deletion, or security requests.
